If you are subjected to - or have knowledge about - violence, you might have a need to talk about it. If so, you can contact our counsellors.
We provide anonymous counselling to anyone who contacts us. You don’t need to live at the shelter to receive counselling.
It doesn’t have to be you personally who is subjected to violence. If a friend, co-worker or family member are experiencing violence, it can also be difficult to know how to deal with it.
Our counsellors are social workers and psychologists and they all have thorough knowledge on violence. They are always ready to listen and advise you in your particular situation.
You can always be anonymous, whether you call, e-mail og show up in our counselling.
You are always welcome to drop by during our opening hours.
